On December 4, 2012 the Center for Development of Information and Communication Technologies in Public Education held a meeting with the Korean International Cooperation Agency KOICA . During the meeting, KOICA volunteers discussed issues of free Korean language teaching to schoolchildren and teachers working in the public education system.
The goal is to start a volunteer movement in the development of public education. The meeting also discussed the steps to implement the volunteer movement. During the talks it was noted that the main goal of deep study of Korean in public education is to train specialists with a good knowledge of foreign languages, as well as to bring them to a new level of development of public education.
